📅 Season rollover and recalculation

Rollover resets standings and keeps priority and credits (unless asked). Recalculation rewrites rules backwards, never scores.

Closing the season

Check the final table

Closing archives the season as-is — the final picture for your awards night.

📍 Dashboard → Standings

Close it

The current season becomes ARCHIVED and the next one is created automatically (next year, Jan–Dec).

Decide on credits

By default balances carry over. If your group resets at rollover, tick the option — the app records a traceable per-player settlement.

Real example2026→2027: Tomás ends on 62 points, streak 14. In January the table starts at zero — but Tomás still tops the call-up queue: the streak crossed the rollover.

Period recalculation

Changed the scoring (say a win from 3 → 2 points) and want it backwards? Recalculation rewrites the frozen scoring of closed matchdays in your chosen period — and optionally reprocesses fees (refund and re-apply). It never touches scores or attendance, and respects hand-adjusted fees.

I closed the season by accident.+
There's no unarchive on-screen — but nothing is lost: history, credits and priority are intact. Contact support (footer) to revert the rollover.
I changed scoring and old standings look "wrong".+
They aren't — each matchday keeps its era's scoring. To rewrite the past under the new rule, run period recalculation.
I reset credits and regret it.+
The reset is a list of adjustments on each player's statement — delete them one by one and balances return.
What exactly resets at rollover?+
Only standings. Priority and credits carry over — credits reset only on request.
Does recalculation touch scores?+
Never. It only rewrites scoring values (and optionally redoes fee deductions) of closed matchdays in the period.
Two active seasons?+
No — there's always one active; closing creates the next automatically.
