📖 4. Step-by-step guides
The detail of each feature.
Adding and editing players
From one-by-one sign-up to importing the WhatsApp list — and what happens when you deactivate, reactivate or anonymise someone.
Open the guide → ✅Attendance and priority
The rule that orders the call-up, what each attendance state does to the queue — and when counters actually change.
Open the guide → 🎲Team draw
The draw proposes weight-balanced teams following your formation — and you tweak by hand before publishing.
Open the guide → 🏆Recording results and closing
A night can hold several games; closing is when everything becomes official: counters, fees and standings.
Open the guide → 💳Credits and cash box
Every player holds a balance; the fee drops at closing. The cash box is the group's real money — and the two reconcile.
Open the guide → 💬WhatsApp messages
The app builds the text; you copy and paste into the group. Nothing is ever sent by itself.
Open the guide → 📅Season rollover and recalculation
Rollover resets standings and keeps priority and credits (unless asked). Recalculation rewrites rules backwards, never scores.
Open the guide → 🌐Sharing the public pages
A login-free link for the group to follow everything — privacy guaranteed by construction.
Open the guide →Reference
Settings in detail
The full Config reference: parameter by parameter, with examples and practical effect.
Open the guide → 🛟Troubleshooting
Almost everything in FootyPro can be undone safely — this is the "how do I undo" map, screen by screen.
Open the guide → 📖Pelada glossary
A short, linkable definition of every term — share it when someone asks "what's weight?".
