✅ Attendance and priority

The rule that orders the call-up, what each attendance state does to the queue — and when counters actually change.

Who goes first (loyalty policy)

Under the default (loyalty) policy the call-up sorts the squad by, in order: 1) longest attendance streak; 2) fewest unexcused misses; 3) longest at the club (sign-up date); 4) name. Keepers and outfielders have separate queues: goal slots are contested only among keepers.

Real exampleTwo teams of 8 (1 keeper + 7 outfield): 2 goal slots and 14 outfield slots. Tomás (12-match streak) ranks above Vini (5), even if Vini replied first — loyalty rewards consistency, not reply speed.

What each state does

Confirmed

Holds a slot. If the queue is full, a new confirmation joins the waiting list — nobody gets kicked out.

Check-in (present)

Showed up. They pay the match fee at closing and can be in the line-up. A reserve's check-in doesn't jump the queue: they rise automatically when a slot opens.

Left with notice

Freed the slot in time: the first reserve of the SAME queue is promoted instantly. At closing it counts as a miss (the streak survives — see below).

No-show (unexcused)

Counts as a miss AND adds to the unexcused-misses counter — a permanent priority tiebreaker.

Excused leave

Neutral: no miss, nothing changes. Use it for injury, work, force majeure.

When counters change (only at closing)

Marking attendance doesn't touch any counter — everything consolidates when you close the matchday: present adds +1 to the streak (and resets consecutive misses); left-with-notice and no-show add +1 to consecutive misses; unconfirmed, reserves and excused leaves change nothing.

The streak survives 1–2 consecutive misses. On the third in a row (configurable), it resets — back of the queue.

The other list policies

I marked someone wrong — how do I undo?+
While the matchday is open, just re-mark: no counter has changed yet. Queue promotions rebalance automatically.
I closed with a wrong attendance.+
Reopen the matchday, fix the mark, close again. Counters are recomputed from the full history — nothing double-counts.
A player says they gave notice but got a no-show.+
Reopen if needed, switch to "left with notice" (or excused) and close. It matters: unexcused misses are a permanent tiebreaker.
A check-in busted the roster limit.+
It didn't: with a full queue, the check-in is kept on the waiting list and they rise automatically at the first opening.
How many misses send you to the back?+
Consecutive misses (with or without notice) up to the config limit — default 3. Excused leaves don't count.
Do keepers compete with outfielders?+
No. Goal and outfield slots are separate queues, each ordered by the same priority rule.
What does reactivating a player reset?+
Their streak and consecutive misses (back of the queue). Points, credits and the misses record stay.
