1. The service

FootyPro is a tool to organise recreational football groups (attendance, team draws, ranking, credits and cash). It is provided by Luiz Alencar. The core of the service — attendance, team draws, the league table, the kitty, ready-made messages for your group and your group's public pages — is free, with no time limit. Some extras belong to a paid plan (Pro), described in section 5.

What "messages" means here. FootyPro does not connect to WhatsApp or to any other messenger, and never sends anything on your behalf. It writes the text — the call-up, the teams, the result — for you to copy and paste wherever you want. We are not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta.

2. Eligibility and accounts

Account holders (organisers) must be 18 or over. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for the player data you add — including having a proper basis to add another person's details.

3. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no unlawful, abusive or infringing content, no attempts to break security or access other groups' data.

4. Your content

You keep your content (group names, crests, photos, player details). You are responsible for it and confirm you have the right to upload it. You grant us the limited permission needed to store and display it to run the service.

5. Plans, payment and refunds

What is free. Attendance, team draws, the league table, the kitty, the ready-made messages described in section 1 and your group's public pages are free, with no time limit and without a card. The paid plan (Pro) adds optional extras and lets one account run more than one group. What is included and the current price are shown in the app before you pay.

Trial. An account may start a 30-day Pro trial once. Nothing is charged during the trial and it ends by itself.

Paying. Payment is by bank transfer or Pix, using the reference code shown on the upgrade page. There is no automatic renewal and we do not hold card details: each period is paid separately, so nothing is ever taken without you starting it. Access is released once we confirm the payment.

Changing your mind (14 days). You may cancel a Pro payment within 14 days of it being confirmed and get all of it back, without giving a reason. On the annual plan, after those 14 days we refund the whole months you have not used. After the 14 days a monthly payment is not refunded in part, and your access runs to the end of the period you paid for.

How to ask. Email info@footypro.online with your reference code. We refund by the same route you paid, within 14 days of accepting the request.

When a paid period ends. There is a 5-day grace period, after which the account returns to the free plan. Nothing is deleted. The Pro extras stop, and if the account runs more than one group the extra ones become read-only — the data stays and comes back if you subscribe again.

The exception. We do not refund a period on an account suspended for breaching section 3.

Model cancellation form. You do not have to use this form — a clear statement in writing is enough, and an email with your reference code is the fastest way. We provide it because the law requires us to make it available.

6. Availability and changes

The service is under active development: it may change, and features may be added or removed. We work to keep it available, but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of faults. Where you pay for Pro, UK consumer law requires the service to be supplied with reasonable care and skill and to match how we describe it — nothing here removes that.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under UK consumer law that cannot be excluded.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and disputes are subject to the Scottish courts.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in the app or by email. Questions: info@footypro.online.
