💬 WhatsApp messages

The app builds the text; you copy and paste into the group. Nothing is ever sent by itself.

How it works

FootyPro never sends messages: it builds the text, you copy with one click and paste into the group. Texts regenerate live: change an attendance and the next copy is already up to date.

Call-up

Date, venue, time, fee (and payment details, if set) + the lists: keepers, numbered outfield, waiting list. ✅ marks check-ins. Under loyalty, each name carries "(N matches on priority)" — other policies drop the suffix, since order comes from the actual queue.

📍 Matchday → Message → Call-up

Teams

One block per team with the saved line-up. Use after saving the draw.

📍 Message → Teams

Result

One line per game with the score (plus each game's scorers, if scoring is on). A single game gets "X wins!" or "It's a draw!".

📍 Message → Result

MVP vote

A continuously numbered list across both teams — people vote by replying the number. Continuous on purpose: two "1"s would be ambiguous.

📍 Message → MVP vote

Poll options

Names only, one per line, to paste one by one into WhatsApp's native poll (Attach → Poll) — polls can't be created by paste.

I copied and the list changed right after.+
Copy again — the text always reflects the current state; there's no cache.
The call-up has no priority suffix.+
Your matchday runs arrival/manual policy (the suffix only exists under loyalty).
The result came without scorers.+
Scoring is off in Config, or that game's goals weren't logged.
Does FootyPro message my group by itself?+
Never. It only builds text; copying and pasting is always yours. No WhatsApp integration is connected.
Why two MVP texts?+
One is the numbered chat vote; the other is raw names for WhatsApp's native poll, which only accepts options typed one by one.
Can I edit before pasting?+
Of course — the text is yours once copied.
