There is no subscription to cancel
This surprises people, and it works in your favour: FootyPro does not keep your card and nothing renews on its own. Each period is paid separately — you transfer the money, tell us through the button on the upgrade screen, and access opens when the payment is confirmed. To stop paying, simply do not pay for the next period. There is no cancel button because nothing is running in the background.
Changed your mind? 14 days
You can withdraw from a Pro payment within 14 days of confirmation and get everything back, without giving a reason. On the annual plan, after those 14 days we refund the whole months you have not used. After the 14 days a monthly payment is not refunded in part, and your access runs to the end of the period you bought.

There is a 5-day grace period after the due date: access stays complete and all that changes is a notice on screen — payment is manual and gets delayed for silly reasons. After the grace period the account goes back to Free.
- Nothing is deleted. Players, rounds, the league table, the kitty and the public pages are all still there.
- The Pro extras stop showing — and come back exactly as they were the day you subscribe again.
- If your account has more than one group, the oldest stays editable and the others go read-only: you can read everything, you just cannot write.
- The Free cap is 25 active players. Anyone already over it loses nobody — what is blocked is adding more.
The one exception
We do not refund a period on an account suspended for breaking the Terms (section 3, acceptable use). Otherwise, a request inside the window is always accepted.

The text that counts is section 5 of the Terms of Use. This page explains it; that one is the commitment.
