✏️ Adjust just this round

The borrowed pitch has a different price, address, time and size. Adjust the round — the pelada stays as it is.

What it is for

The usual pitch is closed and tonight is somewhere else, pricier, earlier and on a court that only fits 5 a side. None of that is your pelada — it is this Thursday. The button, next to the date on the round screen, changes all of it here only.

Until you adjust it, the round follows the pelada's settings live. Change the settings later and they apply to it again. That is what avoids the back-and-forth of editing the whole pelada and having to undo it the following week.

What you can change

Match fee

Applies to this night only, and it is what the round charges at closing.

📍 Round → List

Start and end

Changes the time announced in the call-up and on the public page. It does not change who plays.

📍 Round → List

Venue

Tonight's address, which goes into the group message.

📍 Round → List

Match format

Teams (2 to 6), how many start on the pitch, keepers per team, bench per team and the formation.

📍 Round → List

There are two undo buttons — Back to the pelada's time and Back to the pelada's format — and each touches only its own part. Undoing the format doesn't wipe a custom time you never asked to wipe.

Adjusting one night's price, time, venue and format organiser

 1. The ✎ next to the date, on the List tab, opens that matchday's adjustment — the group's settings stay untouched.

 2. Match fee, start, end and venue change tonight only, and that is what goes into the call-up and onto the public page.

 3. Further down comes the format: number of teams, how many start on the pitch, keepers, bench players per team and the shape. The two back to buttons undo the adjustment.

Three different things almost everyone mixes up

Real exampleTwo teams of 8 (1 keeper + 7 on the pitch, 2-3-2) becomes a 5-a-side court. You set Teams 2, Start on the pitch 5, Keepers 1, formation 1-2-1 (1+2+1 = 4 outfield, plus the keeper = 5). The squad shrinks instantly and whoever is left over goes back to the waiting list — except whoever is already present or has already paid.

When the app refuses (and why)

I want to change the price for every Thursday, not just one.+
That is the pelada's settings. The round adjustment is the exception; the settings are the rule, and they apply to rounds created from then on.
I adjusted the format and the line-up vanished.+
That is expected: the team size changed, so the old teams stopped making sense. Draw again on the Teams tab.
I changed the fee and whoever had paid still shows the old value.+
Correct — the payment recorded the value at that moment. Undo that person's £ and mark it again to generate it at the new value.
I wanted to undo only the time and the button undid everything.+
It doesn't: there are two separate buttons, one for the time and one for the format, precisely so nothing you didn't ask for gets undone.
Does the adjustment apply to the next rounds?+
No. It applies to this one only. The next ones are still created from the pelada's settings.
Can I play 3 teams one night and 2 the next?+
Yes — that is exactly what this is for. Adjust the teams on this round; the pelada keeps its usual number.
Does the public page show that night's format?+
It does. A round played 1-2-1 stays drawn 1-2-1 even after the pelada goes back to its usual format.
