FootyPro › The app that organises your 5-a-side
Organising your gameEvery week is the same: chase confirmations, chase money, split the sides, then take the blame. FootyPro does the first three and removes the reason for the fourth.
Free to start. No card.
None of it happens on the pitch, and all of it eats your week.
Yes, no and “any spare spots?” buried in 200 messages. Someone ends up counting the names by hand. Again.
The one who never misses loses their spot to someone who turned up out of nowhere — and there is no rule to point at.
Asking a mate for the match fee is awkward, and the kitty spreadsheet only the organiser understands (and only they keep).
Sides picked by eye end 8–1, and the night is done before half-time.
You create the round; the app calls players up using the policy your group picked. On loyalty, whoever has the longest run of appearances goes first; on first-come, the timestamp decides; on manual, the order is yours.
Goalkeepers and outfield players have separate queues — a keeper spot is never taken by an outfield player. Whoever does not fit waits, and moves up on their own when somebody drops out.
The draw places the keepers first, shuffles within each position and then looks for swaps that bring the sides closer together. From 2 to 6 teams, in the shape your pitch calls for.
The draw returns a PROPOSAL: nothing is saved until you say so, and you can move anyone before that.
Every player has a statement. The match fee comes off when you close the round, top-ups go into the group kitty, and monthly subs run on their own clock.
Whoever went in goal that night, and anyone you marked exempt, does not pay — one rule, and every screen obeys it on its own.
League table, teams, matches and top scorers live on a public page you paste into the group chat. Nobody who does not want an account needs one.
Anyone who does want in, gets in: answering “I'm in / I'm out”, seeing the list and voting for player of the round is free forever.
Everything below is live today. Nothing here is a roadmap promise.
Three list policies, separate keeper and outfield queues, a waiting list that promotes on its own, and check-in on the day.
Help →A rating per player, positions, a fixed keeper per side and manual edits. From 2 to 6 teams.
Help →A statement per player, top-ups, the fee taken at closing, exemptions and the group's books.
Help →Points, win rate, goals, assists and player of the round — recalculable at any time.
Help →Call-up, line-ups and result written for you to copy and paste. We never send anything ourselves.
Help →They confirm attendance, see the list, check what they owe and vote for the player of the round — in the browser, nothing installed.
Help →Day, time, venue, how many sides and what the match fee is. Under two minutes.
Copy the names out of the group chat and paste. Numbering, emoji and headers are stripped; you review before confirming.
The message is already written, with venue, time, fee and the link to your group's public page.
The same code that picks sides here runs every week for a real group in London, with a season, a kitty and a table.
The whole app and the help centre, in all three — and each group picks its own.
Export whenever you like, deletion on request, with a written privacy policy and stated retention periods.
Players need no account to see the group, and the organiser takes the data with them if they leave.
No. The Free plan runs one group, with a squad, attendance, the draw, the table and the kitty. Every new account also gets 30 days of Pro, with no card.
No. The group page opens on a link, in the browser. Anyone who wants to confirm attendance from their phone signs in with their email — and that is free too.
No. It records who paid, keeps each player's balance and maintains the group kitty. The money never passes through us.
Yes. You set players per side, how many sides and the shape. From 2 to 6 teams.
